Lewisham noise complaints (Environmental health Dept?)

I have a really noise neighbourgh, when she is working you cannot hear her at all, but when she is at home she organises parties until late with blasting music, singing and screaming. I put up with the odd one, I get that life is to live, but it is now 3 days that we have been with no sleep. I hate to make complaints but I've reached the point that I am feeling stressed out, kids are cranky all the day because of bad sleep, hubby (=key worker) has to get up at 3am to go to work. I have been to Lewisham council website but no luck with finding a telephone number to contact. Has anyone got a telephone number to contact? ....dreading another night with blasting noise :(

You have to report it via the website and then they will call you back (used to live in Lewisham with noisy neighbours too

I have seen it already. The thing with the department and going through email is (according to what I have been told) that they will ask you to keep a diary of different days and times, to see the frequency of the noise and then if they think that you have a "recurrent problem" they will do an investigation. I don't have a recurrent problem this is a one off (maybe once, twice a month). I have never complained. I am at my wits end now because, this time, it has been 3 days (obviously she must be on holidays). What I really, really want to know is which number should I contact at 12 in the night for someone to knock on their door and say "Excuse me madam, do you know what time is it? Could you turn the music off?"
Might try 101 (police no-emergency number) unless there is an specific number from the Environmental health dept. open at that time in the night for that kind of service.
