Too much choice

Please help me
We meed a new mattress and there is just too many to choose from .
We've narrowed it down to
No memory foam as partner gets too hot in the night.
No open springs
We need a medium comfort level and breathable.
We didn't realise it would be this difficult.

Not all memory foam mattresses make you hot. We have a Simba, but the memory foam bit is at the bottom (it’s not a mattress you turn over), so we don’t get hot at all. And it is THE most comfortable mattress in the world.

Oh ok .The woman at the bed shop said memory foam makes you hot . Dint suppose you can tell me the name of your Simba mattress please.
