A local care home (for adults with LD not elderly) aren’t offering their staff PPE and saying it’s not needed. 8 residents.
Would you report them? And if so, to who?

They can’t socially distance and personal care is involved.

local care home authorities ? adult social services ? clutching at straws but they would be my starting point for advice.

Care Inspectorate Id imagine.

... should add, I’ve no idea if they need to be using masks etc, though Id have thought gloves for personal care was the norm!

Is the cqc you need to contact if you have a concern. Care quality commission.

Care Quality Commission

Yes, you should report them, they are putting the lives of their staff and residents in danger. You should report to your local council in writing urgently.

Thank you, glad that most of you don’t think I’m being unreasonable.
I just would have thought that PPE would be standard atm!
