This doesn't really belong on AIBU but posting for traffic.

It occurs to me, I need to do this but how? Has anybody read anything, been on a course or done it themselves at all please?
I am too easily wounded and spend hours worrying and ruminating.

Nature is always supportive of mental health; can you spend more time in green spaces?

And might social media be contributing to the issue? If so could you change how you use it?
