Plastic waste

I know we are in a pandemic and therefore different measures are in place, but I must say it’s so disheartening to see so much plastic waste again.

Gloves and masks are found floating in oceans or dropped in streets.

I work in an online shopping department where 99% of shopping is bagged.

After going bagless for so long, it’s hard to see so much plastic being used

I’m hoping people are recycling where they can but still...

I agree. And to my shame am a culprit now. I used to be much more diligent.

I don’t think the message is lost, just pushed out of view at the moment.

We can only do our own small lot, though. That is what I will focus on.

Yeah I’m trying to recycle where I can, reuse other stuff like bags, Menstrual pads, and straws and marking sure I dispose of stuff I can’t properly
