To ask for help with assembling a new cross trainer?

I've been trying to put the bastard thing together and having no luck at all with it. My hands are shaky and all thumbs and even though the instructional manual isn't too hard to understand, I have trouble getting bolts and screws in correctly and I have fibromyalgia/back pain, which doesn't help. Getting the base unit out of its box yesterday was bad enough. It's getting to the point where I'm considering asking Argos for help because I've tried and tried with certain bits but they just keep getting stuck or not going in correctly.

I'm really ashamed, tbh. It doesn't help that a lot of the bolts/screws are Allen bolts, not Phillips ones - I'm OK with Phillips. But the other screws and bolts just won't go in properly or they get stuck and I honestly haven't got a clue what I'm doing wrong.

Should also add, I've been ill for 2-3 weeks with breathlessness and chest pain, which is really not helping.

Is there a YouTube video demo-ing the constructors? Could you call the manufacturer- perhaps there's a helpline who could talk you through it?

I've had a look and the only videos I can find are videos of the instruction manual. Like, that's all it is. Screenshots of the manual. No advice on how to stop screws wobbling or how to tighten nuts etc.

We started to assemble a multi gym 2 weeks ago, only got to step 8 but it goes up to step 18 and we can't work it out any further!! Good luck Op xx

Fellow fibro sufferer here so I completely understand your pain. Maybe fresh eyes tomorrow will help?
