Bubbles in my kitchen, just floating and not popping, wtf

Ok this is a weird one, went into the kitchen for a drink and there on my window sill are two small bubbles, floating mid air, not moving or anything, how does this happen?
Full on blew my mind, got my partner in to witness the miracle and he wasn't that arsed, but I want answers, how does this happen, google is not helping me

Fairy liquid? Mine shoots bubbles out occasionally Grin

Binny36 · 13/07/2020 20:39

You can buy special bubbles that don’t pop so easily they’re made from a kind of glue. My kids have them they heavy like a sticky white residue when they pop. Someone in your neighbourhood must have used this mixture in bubble machine or something

Binny36 · 13/07/2020 20:40

*leave not heavy! Autocorrect on phone

Lorddenning1 · 13/07/2020 20:41

I think they have come out of my fairy liquid but I washed up an hour ago, why are they still mid air, not moving, normally bubbles will fall slowly and then pop, never have I seen them just mid air not moving

Orbs?

Lorddenning1 · 13/07/2020 20:43

@Binny36 I have got those in the past for the kids, they tend to rest on something don't they and don't pop until you grab them, and when they do pop they leave a horrible glue substance, but they these were suspended in mid air not moving

Can't believe your partner wasn't arsed, I'm mystified too!
It's the fact that they're not moving, just floating there.

Binny36 · 13/07/2020 20:49

Wow! Suspended in mid air. That does sound odd. No idea what it could be!

Camomila · 13/07/2020 20:51

Maybe they were stuck in a little draft by the window? I would have thought they were cool too!

Binny36 · 13/07/2020 20:51

Just tried googling for you but too complex scientific things to read at this time! Especially as I’m nursing the baby at the same time. Hopefully someone should come along with an answer

Lorddenning1 · 13/07/2020 21:02

@kermo my 9 year old made up for him not being bothered, according to him it's something to do with the Demmy god from stranger things, so there we go, it's been explained

Weird!

Binny36 · 13/07/2020 21:03

They’re awful when they pop! Left loads of residue in my kids hair

Lorddenning1 · 13/07/2020 21:05

@Rinoachicken don't spoil the miracle by telling us something that could be true 😳

OP posts:
Lorddenning1 · 13/07/2020 21:06

@Iwantacookie the best I could come up with was maybe a tiny ghost was holding them up
