Should I ask Manager

Hi.. This is more of a WWYD.
At work I have been moved from a position to make room for someone new who is coming in from outside the company. I was told that this new person is more expererinced in my particular role.
Today I had a handover with this person and apparently she is not as experienced as they made her out to be.
I have a final meeting with my manager tomorrow.
Do you think I should mention that this new person is not as experience as me and why have I been moved?

What is it you've been moved to? Is it equal or have they somehow managed to demote you?

There's ways & means of bringing it up.... but i would diplomatically say, i thought X would be more comfortable with some of this, but here are the things where she's still getting up to speed .... etc etc

I think it’s worth mentioning the handover, and highlighting any areas where you think further upskilling might be required. I would be doing that in a constructive sort of way though and let the manager read between the lines. Otherwise it might come across like sour grapes.
