End of term gifts - more of a 'what would be reasonable'?

Collected a decent amount for end of term stuff for classroom staff. Class has a teacher, a teaching assistant who works with everyone, and a teaching assistant who works with the children with SEN. Lockdown has affected who's been working and how much they've been doing for the second half of the school year, with the teacher bearing the brunt of it. Would you reflect this in the value of the gifts, or just split three ways?

Yes. I always give the teacher extra though we don't have TA's here most classrooms have 2 qualified teachers.

I'd split three ways. I hate it when collections give more to the teacher than TAs, I think it's petty to use a gift to emphasise that you think one member of staff is more important than another.

I appreciate it's a bit different if the teacher has been working the final term and the TAs haven't, but tbh I would still split it as I don't think parents are there to judge how much work each member of staff does.

I'd split it three ways as the TAs at my DCs schools have worked right through with no school holidays at Easter, same as the teachers.

Having a gift hierarchy like this is a bit mean. All their jobs are important. Your choice though
