Urgent help needed...made an Indian curry too spicy by accident :(. Normally I add a few dollops of yoghurt but have none at hand. Would creme fraiche do the same job?

Yes, did this last night! Bombay lamb wraps far too hot for me and DD but perfect for DH and DS! So DD and I added creme fraiche, sorted and all happy 😀

Yes, it'll be delicious!

Yes as I always have creme fraiche in my fridge so easier than buying yoghurt specifically!

Yes, it will just have about 8 times the fat content Grin

Yes, freezes well too, that is if you have any leftovers!
