Can’t have an adult discussion. This isn’t an equal partnership

Literally feeling sick to death of this. I feel like I have to deal with every ‘adult’ issue whilst Dh just muddled along.

Trying to discuss something important today and get the usual response and it’s clear he doesn’t want to talk.
Then somethings wrong with his bike... it could wait he doesn’t need it today but he definitely can’t talk to me now.

Why are things always on my shoulders anything important or serious.
He’s just obsessing over bike crap now and sulking and I’ve ‘ruined the day’ trying to sort out real issues

If it was a one off I'd let it go, but it doesn't sound like a one off. Can you sit him down and make him understand how it makes you feel?

Does he suffer with anxiety or is he just lazy?
