Has anyone else had any joy at all in dealing with these charlatans?
What other company in the UK has completely shut down all their phone lines and any other means of communication?
On every thread I go on, or every time I hear a travel journalist or consumer protection person, they say 'talk to the company. they may let you defer'.
I cannot believe they do not know that the 'talk to the company ' bit has been prevented by this lot.
I saw a thread about whether people would go on holiday or not this summer, behaving as if people who do are some kind of lunatics. I am not sure if posters realise that early bookers, like myself, are being strong armed by a range of devious tactics to go on summer holidays against better judgement
