AIBU to wonder if a head injury/PTSD/medication for ptsd can take away your ability to read maps/park a car

I bring this up because it was mentioned in the thread on Alzheimer’s. Someone lost their ability to read a map.

DH doesn’t have Alzheimer’s. He is sharp as a knife.
However he has injured his head. Has been to the hospital. It turned out everything was okay with his head.

But he also has partially lost his ability to read maps: he sometimes has to turn them upside down - especially if he he is tired... and he has noticed that it has become more difficult for him to park a car if he is tired.

It doesn’t really matter to him because it’s nothing important for him. Just wonder if somebody has heard of something like this or experienced something like this.
