I think some self-loathing might be in order if a journo was harassing rape victims or families of murder victims but don't see why just for posting something on an open internet forum.

Some MNetters get weirdly possessive about (often made up) stories from the site appearing elsewhere.

Under previous names I've had one in The Sun and one on Mail Online. Shudder.

They were totally silly ones thank goodness, more musings than anything personal but it definitely reminded me to be careful on here.

It's a public, open forum so while it's lazy journalism people should remember that anything they write on here is freely available for anyone else to share.
