DP has arranged a not so well thought out surprise, as our bathroom was falling apart he has told me today he booked a plumber coming in the next few days to fix our leaky bath and he will also be replacing water damaged MDF bath panels, the old toilet and damaged basin cabinet - all of which we need to order to arrive in time!
I have a few questions and any recommendation would be great too!
- MDF or acrylic bath panels? - we had cheap MDF ones and thanks to 2 under 5s and splashy bath times the bottoms have warped and expanded and need replacing so I'm a bit hesitant on the MDF.
- our MDF panels were cut to size can you do that for acrylic too?
- good storage basin cabinet recommendations?
I'd love to get some sturdier pieces - our old cheap "bathroom" basin cabinet got water damaged within the year 
We have a circular sink and tap we are happy to reuse for the cabinet but would need to find one with a countertop that will survive water being on it or we are happy to just go with one with an inbuilt basin.
I feel like I'm in a bit of a flap as lots of things I have seen are out of stock until August or September and I need it within the week!
Help please?
