I'm sorry to gatecrash AIBU about this, but want to spread the news. LA have been in administration since March and, while they will send you clothes, will not accept returns. I've just wasted £60 on something I can't send back.

You could try selling it on eBay or Facebook - at least recoup some of your costs.

It was on the news, and they have made it pretty clear on their website. I'm not sure what else they could do really.

I am sorry that is annoying . It does state the no returns policy on the website and it clearly states that the company is in receivership on the front of the website. Maybe you can sell them on eBay?

MaMaLa321 · 08/07/2020 12:18

I'm not blaming anyone but myself. I just wanted to make sure others didn't make the same mistake.

Shops don’t have to give you a refund anyway unless the item is faulty. Most will out of good customer relations, but they aren’t required to.

That is true for face to face sales but does not apply to online sales, where you have two weeks to send items back, no questions asked.

But not when a company is in administration.
