To want to go on holiday to Lanzarote in August?

Booked last year in a private villa. Have been lucky to have worked our ar$ses off during lockdown so desperate for a break. Our older boys are happy to go too...but my Mum and sisters think I'm mad? Thoughts please

A villa would be much more preferable to a hotel. With older children I’d probably go If it was already booked.

Villa self catering I'd go. Hotel all inclusive nope.
