AIBU to think they have sneakily changed the meat used in their quarter pounder with cheese over the last few weeks?

I had one today and it was vile. Dark, dense meat with a nasty taste. Have they snuck The change it in hoping people don’t remember how good they used to taste?

I think the suppliers have changed... AIBU?

I had one last Thursday and can't say I noticed a difference, hopefully you just got a dodgy one!

I had a chicken sandwich just after they reopened and it was nasty, dry and a big blob of skin

I wonder if they're using burgers that have been in the freezer since March?

I had one today and it was the same as always.

They forgot to salt the fries though. And when they first opened back up, they managed to make us a cheeseburger and forgot to include the actual burger. DS was not impressed.

The burger was most likely sitting in the freezer for months because of lockdown

Round here the McDonald’s stores donated all the food that was in their freezers to charities that were cooking meals for NHS staff and vulnerable people.

Macdonalds always taste pretty rank to me - I don't have one for ages then I do and I remember why I didn't.
