In a nutshell, we spent just under £500 with them at the beginning of June for a new double pushchair.
The payment was made by debit card, and we’ve checked that the money has been taken from the ac - it has.
We’ve received nothing and have had no replies to the two emails sent via their contact form and no answer on phone line.
What to do next? We don’t want the item (have had to source elsewhere) - just the money back.
