Anyone going away for the night or for a meal?

I read the thread about going 'out-out', but are any of you planning on going away for the night or going to a restaurant tomorrow?

If these are things you would normally do but aren't yet, is that because of the virus or how busy it's probably going to be?

I personally don’t feel comfortable enough to go for a meal yet so won’t be tomorrow. But will see how things pan out over the next few weeks.

we are going out for a meal on Tuesday as its my OHs 65th birthday and we cant have the big party I had planned for him, but we are going to TGI Fridays where I work and I know how many things they have put in place to keep people safe and how clean the kitchens are plus I get a good staff discount

I have a spa night booked the end of the month which hasn’t been cancelled as of yet

We are going away for three night next week to a nice hotel. It was booked in January and I’m very excited. It’s a quiet area so I’m pretty hopeful it won’t be overcrowded or unpleasant.

We’ve booked a weekend in south wales for the end of the month. Two nights in two hotels (road trip) - going to sort reservations for dinner next week

I am going on a cinema date with my husband on Sunday evening.

It will be the first time we have been without the kids for three months.

We are going away in our caravan tomorrow for 4 nights.

I have booked a table at our local pub for the day we get back for drinks and another table at one of our favourite local restaurants for our tea.

We always have tea out on the day we get back from any trips (I do a food shop the next day) so it's really nice to continue with our little tradition.

If we hadn't been away in our van we would have booked our local pub tmrw for drinks and food.

We usually do but have no plans to do either at the moment. I can’t see that it would be relaxing or worth it.
I would want to enjoy my meal/holiday so don’t want ‘rules’. Btw I agree with the guidelines, I just don’t feel like the time is right for me.

Although tbh I’ve barely left the house apart from going to work since March so I’m possibly over cautious/lazy.
