Not AIBU, but at last an article from someone (that I've seen anyway!) telling it like it is. How damaging it is for our children. How exhausting it is for parents. Ignoring the adverts about quality time to re-engage, or find new hobbies. It is nothing but a complete shit show. Thank you Kate Silverton.

My employer is wanting working from home to be more long term as everyone has "risen to the challenge" like fuck we have, there was no rising only panicked doggy paddle!

I read that this morning too, I liked the bit where she explained that children may feel like they are always 'in the way', it was a good article - very honest.

Oh, I thought it was a load of rose tinted rubbish Blush. I got quite annoyed by it.

She went on about cuddles and movies, DD kicks off during every film. Believe me, with two tweens (one violent) I've had none of that nice stuff here.
