I remember reporting a co worker to my boss circa 1985 because he told me "I can see your nipples through that top"

Nothing was ever done - anyone else have similar memories?

I stood up to a middle aged man who kept calling a young female worker "Big Bird" because she was tall with red hair.

I remember spitting at him (not literally) "If you call her that one more time I'll make sure you're in head office within the day and I'll get you sacked."

We were all just retail assistants...I didn't have the power to do the things I threatened but he never called her that again.

There was one guy in our office who was very creepy - with greasy black hair and large flakes of dandruff. None of us women would use a filing cabinet if he was near us - he had a tendency to stand close behind you when you bent over the lower drawers...

I was sexually assaulted in a store cupboard by my boss. I managed to get away as I hit him with and industrial can opener. He broke my nose my punching me. I went to the police. They said I should drop the charges as he wants to press charges for me hitting him. Work that out. I was 16.
