Not to see the GP about a lump down there?

Help! I have found a tiny hard lump very high up inside my vagina. I can't tell if it's on my cervix or vaginal wall, as it's where the two meet.
I have had Nabothian cysts before and I am hoping it's just another one of those, but I don't know if you can get them this high??
I really don't want to see the GP about this if I can avoid it, as I'm nervous about Covid and have healthy anxiety too.

Hi OP. My sister recently had a Nabothian cyst right on her cervix so it is possible to get them that high up. She had an appointment within a week but I think that was because she had a history of abnormal smears in the past. The Covid ward is completely separate to the others so I think you would be perfectly safe to go and get it checked out.

Thanks for replying.
I have had 25 years of normal smears and had Nabothian cysts before so I am pretty confident. I just never felt one this high - I mean it's about as high as I can reach!

Ticked No to voting option so not sure why that is there!

Don't ignore it, better safe than sorry!

Anything like this really needs checking out. I understand you are anxious about Covid. I am the same and have had very bad anxiety about it but am also have ongoing investigating into some strange symptoms so have been to my GP and the hospital several times since lockdown started. They are very safe, everyone is taking precautions seriously and making sure that people who need medical help can get it despite Covid.

Please get it checked out, better safe than sorry. It’s likely it’s nothing and then you’ll be reassured.
