During lockdown I've had a realisation about life and work and basically just feel like my current job is dreary and unimportant - basically an office job. It's served me well while my kids have been young but now they are growing up I want a new challenge. But I really have no idea where to start.
I have a degree in English with history. I like the idea of a job that can help people or make a difference in the community but probably not teaching - lockdown has taught me that teaching is not my strong point.
I enjoy reading. Also like creative writing and have had a go at writing a few pieces but never got very far.
Can anyone offer any inspiration or know of any online careers advisors that might be able to help me out? I'm 35 and don't want to waste anymore time!
