To have been pissed off for years that Rimmel discontinued their Oyster Pearl nail varnish?

I look everytime I'm anywhere close to a nail varnish stand. None. I give up. I've bought everything close to the same colour. None beat it. It was perfect. Where did it go?

Bourjois no longer do the perfect rich brown that is the only thing that ever looked decent on my toes.

Do yoh know why they ditched it?

Haha! Nail varnish used to be my thing. I had a nail blog and everything, but didn't recognise the name so i google image searched... and one of the first suggestions was my blog and a very very old photo. Was it this OP?

I feel the same about Chanel's 'brown sugar' nail varnish and lipstick I used to wear 20 years ago. That lipstick really suited my skin tone and I've spent a small fortune since on lipsticks trying to find something close to it. Having said that, I don't think I could bring myself to spend that much money on a lipstick now I'm 50!

I think they discontinue the popular colours on purpose, so that people will spend money trying lots of other things to try and find a substitute. If you just find one colour you love and keep buying it then you spend less. I realise this is very cynical but I bet I’m right.

I feel equally pissed off about the abrupt disappearance of Lipfinity Delicious.

Omg. Yeah. That's it. Can you recommend anything similar? It makes your nails look clean, neat and tidy but not distinct.
