Tricky when there are kids involved. Do they want to see him and can you set down ground rules so that you feel in control and he's not able to give you crap?

Does he have visitation??

Can you get some sort of court order that means he can't come too close???

I would think there should be SOMETHING you could do as he tried to kill you.

Twat Him, not you obviously.

Is it actually happening, or could it be that he's just being mouthy, knowing that it will upset you? Is it worth finding out if you could lodge a complaint with the Police now, even if it's just so they have the details on record? I remember when all this happened originally, and it still makes me so angry. He's such a fucking arse (sorry, but I hate people like this )

Essbee! I knew this was you by the thread title.

Maybe it would be nice for the children. Would you be keener if it meant you got regular babysitting out of it?

Well if he can't be bothered now to see the children on the one weekend a month they're due to visit him where he already lives, the chances of him bothering to move 200 miles to see them more are small, really, aren't they?

She says hopefully.

You have every reason to be suspicious. He probably is just out to wind you up though
