No diagnose for my symptoms

Hello everyone,

I am in agony. I started having typical symptoms of UTI beginning of June: frequent urination, urinate little amount but no burning/stinging pee, I had back pain and leg pain. No bacteria was found in urine just lots of leukocytes.
I pushed the GP for antibiotics anyways but after one week, it only helped with the back pain and leg pain.

I continued to have frequent urination especially at night, was tested negative for diabetes, blood test for kidney was all normal.

Fast forward 5 days ago, my vulva started swelling (not pain yet) then it got worse, sore and painful (at this point the urine wasn't painful). Went to GP on Monday, she said it might be thrush took a swab and gave me canesten cream and pessaries.

The cream/pessaries didn't help then urine started to be soooo painful that I was in tears. Called Gp on Tuesday got the hydromol and was asked to wait for the thrush swap. Thrush swap came back normal today (got it via receptionist), I need to talk to the GP tomorrow but everything seems to be getting worse, especially I can't stand this painful pee (the cream helps so much and iburofen helps but I'm scared to pee and vulva is still sooo swollen).

I'm sure there must be some problems, repeat urine came back normal too just lots of leukocytes (I have a dip at home and it's always very purple on the leukocytes).

I had a miscarriage the end of April and everything seemed normal until beginning June!

I'm at my wits end, feeling so depressed, anyone has similar experiences?
