G.p. prescribed me a patch for menopause??

Ok I'm 49 and my g.p. suggested a h.r.t. patch for 3 months
Has anyone got any good results from the patch??

What patch is it?They work well but unless you have had a hysterectomy or have a merina you need progesterone too.

Yes. The patches (or any transdermal method) have less risks than the pills. They changed my life. I was having pretty much hot sweaty flushes constantly. I actually couldn't function. Work was a nightmare. I was bright red and dripping all the time (sorry TMI).

Patches changed my life.

@Crosswithlifeatm Some patches do have progesterone too. I'm on sequi patches which are a combination.
