It can't be either of them though because the dates are wrong. This is a screenshot from a video about Steve Marriott (b. Jan 1947). He's on the left and was the lead singer of a 1960's band called The Small Faces for everyone not as ancient as me.
I think that it really looks like Rik Mayall (b. March 1958) second from left and Jude Law (b. Dec 1972) at the end on the right.

The bloke you think looks like Rik M looks to be the actor David Hemmings to me. He was in the 60’s film Blow Up based on David Bailey apparently
