I was just about to post how funny I thought it all was and loved the comments when it told it was full and I couldn't add any comments - gutted so thought I would say "thought I found that post really strange and really funny!!!"
Can't even remember when I joined but never posted that often until recently (and still not a lot - just to ask advice) so maybe I am a newbie to but I think everyone on here is great, supportive and of their own opionion. I have had great comments form loads of you and as my mum lives 300 miles away from me and my mil lives about 160 I have no one to ask (to a degree).
PS I am not a middle class bore, I am like most, I work part time (start at 5.30am) then look after our dd all day and then sometimes go back to work. Needs must but I love both my jobs (one as a mother and one as an employee).
That's all - sorry to bore you all!

PS I think talulasmummy has some issues .. ?

or should, if you are feeling particularly pedantic

talulasmum · 25/09/2007 20:44

can i just end this now. my original op was intended as a bit of a joke, ( but true, i do think you talk alot of boring crap.)
mumsnet is great, there are some brilliant sections and i know there are some fantastic people on here sharing experiences. not quite sure why you cant give me a break.

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 20:44

I'm not too keen on waitrose, prefer sainsbury myself.

lulumama · 25/09/2007 20:44

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 20:46

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 20:50

There was a wonderful newbie thread earlier, her name was shaz I think, and she showed how it should be done, try having a look at it talulasmum the right way

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 20:53

'fems' kerrymum, like it, can I be a 'domfem' as I'm the butch one?

toomuchtodo · 25/09/2007 20:55

sorry but the postman with matching socks is a great line.......................

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 20:56

I am a rebel, i refuse to wear matching socks, DS taught me not to, it's very liberating , helps if you take the broom out of your arse too, which I often forget.

talulasmum · 25/09/2007 20:58

littlelapin; so where do i go from here? is there any point staying. even if i never come on this section again, bound to meet some of you on other sections. i know i could change my name, but will feel like im betraying little talula, when i told her my nickname on here was "talulasmum" omg you should of seen her face!

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 21:01

talulahsmum, I am sure I have told you already, my first post was about MN'ers being cliquey and picking up on peoples grammar/spelling. I stopped posting on it and just posted on other threads, not mentioning the whole 'first post' thing. It is now fine.
Many people have told you to just leave it, it isn't as if you did anything hugely wrong, or said anything too offensive, just leave it, keep your name and I guarantee you'll look back and laugh on it.
You may even find some of us quite nice and helpful.

lucyellensmum · 25/09/2007 21:01

i outed myself the other day, i only have to see something remotely unreasonable and im composing an AIBU thread in my head. I am boring i am boring i am boring i am boring i am boring boring boring boring boring boring boring BORED!!!!

Middleclassbutchlesbian · 25/09/2007 21:02

I did it at 2am on my middle of the night wee, only to find later on someone else had started the exact thread, I was so happy with them

lucyellensmum · 25/09/2007 21:05

TM don't you DARE change your name, loved your threads, the least boring thing ive read all week. You are right there is some fecking dull shite on here, but what i find dull you might find interesting and vice verse. That is why i love mumsnet there is something for everyone. And more importantly, there are is a great deal of support and empathy out there too.

I did think you were a trolling namechanger to begin with but now i just think you are doing a lucyellensmum when backed into a corner routine and not wanting to back down.

You can easily move on from this, ive been really fecking offensive to some mnetters in the past, only to find them being really supportive of me when i have needed help, they havent minded, they are good people, as i am sure you are.
