Self catering in July?

I'm probably being thick here, so please don't jump on me. But I assume this comes under holiday homes?

We are booked to go to Dorset July 18th. Does this mean we are allowed to go now?

We've just booked to go to Dorset from the 6th-10th! It was really cheap! Our original holiday was in Wales, so we had to cancel
