To start a homework/catch up club

I am wondering what I would need to do to start up a legitimate homework/catch up club from home.
My children are primary school age and I am a teaching assistant. I have many resources at home and am thinking of taking on up to four children for a Saturday morning session.
Would I need insurance? Do I need to contact my local council? Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

Would there be much demand for a Saturday morning? Weekends are precious family time even now with the current situation

Maybe start asking around before you spend money on insurance etc.

Good point re Saturday mornings. I could offer after school slots (siblings would work too).
If the outlay isn't too much I'll just give it a go and see how it pans out.
I'm just not sure where to start, in terms of what I would have to do before setting up.
