Was wondering what happens if the mother works shift work, with no set pattern and the father is off every weekend
Can the judge force me to take weekends off? Ive taken annual leave etc so that son's dad can meet up with us, my son only sees him.while im.there.. hes 2 years old, and has separation anxiety. Doesnt speak yet or understand complex sentences.
Although we have met up very regularly in the past when ex had no job, now that hes found one monday to friday..he is demanding that i take it off somehow every week..which i cant do due to my job. He is threatening to take me to court over it and says the judge will make me take it off
Whenever im.off on the weekends i take him to see his dad, but when im working i cant do weekends. Im really worried. We video call everyday because i want our son to ease out of the anxiety.
Does anyone know what happens in this situation?
