Apocalypse? (Lighthearted)

I was quite worried after the thread earlier this week, on Apocalypse! and the world ending today - Sunday.

Still concerned about plague (covid), locusts, volcanos and earthquakes and asteroid hits. All of which we've had this year!

But am I right in thinking that the world is not ending today?

I'd played it all through in my head too - what I'd do and if I had any uht milk! 😁

Those who believe in any form of God though... something must have annoyed her/him?

Honestly, if this pandemic has made anything clear it’s that (post-) apocalyptic fiction has been entirely wrong in presenting apocalypse as an exciting event.

What I’ve taken from this is that, if the world is going to end, it’ll be a very boring process indeed. 😆

have we been hit by an asteroid this year? I missed that!
