Favourite Tapas Food

I think I am about to be unshielded so will be able to see my family.

Would love to make a Tapas Feast to celebrate.

What are your favourite dishes?

Patatas bravas, patatas pobres (mas patatas!), calamari, chorizo in red wine, aioli and bread.

Can't remember what it's called, but the aubergine slices in batter with a drizzle of honey.
