To ask what families will do in the summer "holidays"

7 weeks to fill for us. What are you all planning to do for activities for children? We are put off going to parks as toilets are closed and people are toiletting wherever 🤢 praying some sport activities can open up again or our 13 year old will likely be spending even more time sat in his room

Paddle boarding, mountain biking, hopefully Chill Factor will open and DS can get back to snowboarding. And hopefully the local BMX tracks will open and he can get back to training and/ or practising. DS will definitely play out with the other children on the street and we’re going to do 1 hour of work a day as he’s starting year 7 at a Grammar School in Sept and can’t afford to fall behind.

We didn’t have a holiday booked anyway as we lost our skiing/ snowboarding trip at Easter 😢 but are keeping everything crossed for our holiday in Oct half term 🤞.
