Coming off Prozac during covid

Basically this. I’m doing it - is anyone else going through it at the moment?

I was always going to do it at this time but then covid also came along for the ride.

I’m really interested to know if anyone else is doing this right now? And how it’s going for them.

Thank you so much for your reply Random. I now feel nauseous every time I eat something. I mustn't blame the prozac withdrawal for this, feel so rubbish and off to bed. Confused

@prozacfree that’s a great idea, sleep it off - hope feel better soon x

Thank you Random 😊

I'm so tempted to have a pill tonight. Do you think it would be ok to just have one? Really struggling with the sickness, brain zaps and patience with the kids ☹️. Just worried it might make me go back on them permanently. Perhaps it's not withdrawals and I'm just a miserable old goat 😂

Sorry I’ve taken so long to reply! When you last have one? I did go a few weeks and then had a day if zaps so took one and then left it another couple of weeks. It happened again after a couple weeks so I did one more and then didn’t need them again. Try not to do more than one day and then just leave it again x

Great advice, I will do. Feel so much better already.

I've not taken them since the end of June so quite a long stretch. I will take each day at a time x

Yeah that sounds really familiar, you’re doing really well though - June really is a long time. You got this!
