Visiting grandparents but DH doesn't want to

Me, DH and DD (4) have got a long-standing plan to visit my parents (who live separately in northern England about 20 mins apart) at the end of July (flights have been booked since Jan!). We have now decided driving is safer. Now, here is the issue:
I want to go - both of my parents really want to see me, and their granddaughter.
DH says as daughter has been in nursery she presents a high risk of giving Covid to her grandparents. Both are under 70. DM lives by herself so we would be able stay with her.
There has been no confirmation of the virus at nursery. I don't see how DD is different to all the other grandkids who are now allowed to visit GPs. Surely some of them must be in school/nursery again?
Am I BU or is DH?

If your parents are fine with the visit then go. We need to start living at some point and the virus is not going anywhere for a very long time.
