Anyone who deliberately jumps out in front of a moving vehicle, regardless of what name they’re doing it in is a twat and can’t really be surprised if they end up injured or worse as a result.

Exactly, no-one should swerve to avoid an idiot yet because it was BJ there are those who would defend his'right' to jump in front of a moving vehicle. In a security breech like this he's lucky he wasn't shot.
