I assume he was one of the regular protestors and the reporter probably knew him, or saw the group he came from. There's a frequent Kurdish protest outside the Houses of Parliament (I would say daily, but with the lockdown I haven't seen them as much).

On other forum, a former police officer said that at low speeds - he cited 10 mph - the cars should be nose to tail.

Bloody hell being carried in a wheelchair down on the subway is a bit questionable; rather him than me.
