For everything else, you just need to register for online service and you can do everything you need. Fine. Fiddle about and fill in the wretched form. At the very end I get a message. Thank you blah. To use this service you just need to COME TO THE SURGERY and be given a pin number by reception. But I can't because they're only taking calls for urgent appointments and not accepting personal visits
