So I've been back a few weeks but my my days have been cut to 4 so I'm now working 24 hours instead of 30. My colleague who before furlough had just increased her hours to 30 hours in mid Feb due to some one going on mat leave. She previously worked 17 hours. Anyway she is due to come back but will only be working 3 days as that's when we are open so 18 hours, however I've just found out she will be furloughed for the other 2 day's so will still get her 30 hours pay how the hell is that fair??
