Covid - to not understand

Aibu to not understand how we are still at level 4 (apparently?) with "just" 30 odd deaths today. Apparently we are unlikely to have a second wave. Are things going to open up now and everything get back to normal?

I don't think those levels mean anything. I think according to them we have to be at level one before people who are shielding can leave the house, but that happened a few weeks ago. They're pretty much meaningless in my opinion and the government will adjust the rules to whatever works at the time.
