Apart from lip service, until the MC's agree to offer up their own children's potential advantageous opportunities and connections on the alter of equal opportunities why should anyone lower down the ladder be beating their breast?

Pretentious tedious wankery Hmm

Do explain how anyone of any class could "offer up their own children's potential advantageous opportunities and connections on the alter of equal opportunities"?

(PS - its ALTAR not ALTER)

What’s this all about?

PicsInRed · 14/06/2020 22:53

Seeing how there are black people of all classes, the issue isn't the MCs giving up sharing privilege, it's the WC sharing privilege. And that's not the working class, it's the white class.

Why should their children be the ones to pay? Why aren’t the middle class sharing the opportunities and connections they have right here, right now? A ‘my child will pay tomorrow’ is not worth anything because tomorrow never comes.

And why do you think it is middle class vs. Black lives? What about the upper class or 1% that have over half the wealth and opportunities?

Why aren't you going after the Old Boys Networks at the top of the chain? You shouldn't have to go to an elite private school then Oxbridge to be a senior minister. Jobs like Editor of the Evening Standard should've be going from George Osborne to Cameron's SIL Etc

Black people being in power is not the only answer but it will help create bigger waves imo
