On the back of another thread, do you think you can say yes these lips have fillers or no they don’t?

Answers on a postcard....

Yes to fillers

WishICouldThinkOfAGoodName · 13/06/2020 14:05

Yes

VettiyaIruken · 13/06/2020 14:10

Imo the only time you can tell is when the procedure has been utterly bolloxed and the poor sod's been left looking like they've taken Thor's hammer to the gob.

@Ninkanink

Saying ‘it is always possible to tell that lips are filled’ is not the same as saying ‘it is always possible to tell that natural lips are not filled.’
Yes, that's what I was thinking.

Also, the way you framed your posts suggested you had had fillers, but that you think they look natural, so that immediately prompted people to look for what they consider the tell-tale signs, so as to prove you wrong.

onwheels · 13/06/2020 16:47

rayas, i'd say yes but they look natural

IwishIhadaMargarita · 13/06/2020 16:58

You can tell due to the way the lip juts out. There is a young girl who uses the sane train as me in the morning and has ridiculous filled lips. They look like two pillows, I wonder what they look like now as I’ve not been on the train for over 3 months

HappyStar56 · 13/06/2020 21:28

I don’t understand how people would think they’re filled. They’re perfectly average sized lips which aren’t even slightly big. Nice and natural looking. Definitely wouldn’t have thought they were filled. I see from your follow up this is the case.

HowAboutYes · 13/06/2020 21:29

They look like they have been done but they look nice. Not too much; just right.

namesnames · 13/06/2020 21:33

I would say yes, the bottom lips looks too uneven to be natural.

The top lip lines protrudes unlike a natural lip too.

Branleuse · 13/06/2020 21:56

I could have sworn ruth wilson had lip fillers but ive been googling and apparently not

Samtsirch · 13/06/2020 22:15

@NameChange84
Same here, I was teased mercilessly at school, called slug lips and far worse.
I love my lips now, and it’s nice to think that people pay money to try to get what I have naturally 😊

Samtsirch · 13/06/2020 22:18

@DrinkFeckArseGirls
I would say 100% natural lips.

Confused124 · 13/06/2020 22:26

Not read the full thread but they look natural to me .

That other thread was kinda annoying and people been so sure they could tell . I get mine done very subtly and never really mention it to people . But when I made a comment not long ago about lip filler ( as in I meant I hope by the time I need a top up they will be open again When people were discussing salons hair cuts etc etc after lockdown ) everyone at work said “ you don’t need lip filler your lips are lovely as they are “ yes , my lips with filler currently still in

So no you can’t always tell.

Lifeisgenerallyfun · 13/06/2020 22:30

No- the bottom lip looks fuller and clearly they are well made up.

Mookie81 · 13/06/2020 22:35

I think they are fillers and because everyone is saying you can tell the OP has said they're not- I think she's telling porkies.

Starcup · 13/06/2020 23:45

@Mookie81

I swear on my mum grave I’m not telling porkies! I honestly haven’t. Shocked so many think I have tbh

Your bottom lip looks bruised.

FenellaMaxwell · 14/06/2020 07:04

I would say yes as the line of fullness, especially on the bottom, extends beyond the actual lip, so there a filled out part that is normal skin tone.

Tigerlilly17 · 14/06/2020 17:25

It’s very very subtle and done well from what I can tell. Plus, the only thing that really matters if that the owner of these lips are happy . I’d be happy with such a subtle effect as these have.

CambsAlways · 14/06/2020 17:50

Yep to fillers

OscarWildesCat · 14/06/2020 17:53

I’d say fillers yes.

Middersweekly · 14/06/2020 17:57

@Starcup I think they look nicely done and quite natural.

Middersweekly · 14/06/2020 17:59

@GnomeOrMistAndIceGuy I would say those lips have fillers in as they are a bit on the lumpy side but not at all duck looking.
