Do i need to ring 111 for this rash

Almost 8 months old also has eczema and teething!

Rash that doesn’t fade under the glass test - yes I would call. They will most likely want to have it checked out.

DD (10) had a non fading under glass test rash last year and they sent her in to be tested. She was otherwise fine in herself and I was convinced it was a reaction to the medication she was in the previous few days. I took her to the GP - phone assessment and given emergency appointment (I wasn’t overly worried as everything else about her was normal) - GP sent us to hospital where she was checked out, had blood tests etc. Turned out to be nothing but they said any rash that doesn’t fade under a glass needs to be checked out ASAP and next time to go straight to the hospital not the GP.

Yes, ring.
It does look like eczema but definitely check a non blanching rash with medical professionals.

Any other symptoms? What temperature do hands and feet feel?

Get it checked out just incase Xx
