Hi there,
Sorry this isn't really an AIBU but am posting for traffic.
I'm going to start WW again and have just ordered the up to date Shopping and Eating Out Guide.
I can't afford the joining fee at the moment so could someone tell me how many points a day I'm allowed.
The last time I did it it was 28 points per day but that was 7 years ago so I'm not sure if the allowance has changed?

A lot has changed in the last 7 years, there's 3 different plans now I think, some stuff is free that wasn't and some that was is no longer. If you can I'd try and scrape together the money to join now as you get a free month, get all the info and then cancel

Yes I've looked into that but you can't cancel after the the first free month as you get charged £13.95 a month. Oh well - I'll just use the books based on 28 points a day. Thanks for your reply!!

@PolPotNoodle so sorry to use thread space to ask a question that I couldn't find an answer to. Do you really think I hadn't bothered to look?

30 Green - point everything except fruit and veg
23 Blue - bigger list of free foods, chicken, eggs, fish
16 Purple even bigger list of free foods to include brown rice, brown pasta and potatoes.

All have 28 weeklies. They ate the minimum points that used to be 28.

Join a good Facebook group to get more info and a smartpoints calculator. I am in Ireland so use Tracking Assistant for calculator but the food list is not fully accurate.

You can cancel after a month.

They they smartpoints now not pro points and some values may have changed so double check.
