So we got plenty of enameled cast iron and love it. Thought I would get my first non enameled skillet over lockdown but apparently everyone else had the same idea - they are sold out everywhere.
So while I wait for one in the right size to become available again, and dream about it, how do you find working with non-enameled cast iron? Is the hype justified?
Also, while I'm here, is the extra money on the Lodge worth it or are the cheap-ish 3-piece sets on Amazon just as good?
