To ask my mil to take Facebook photos down

So recently my mil has posted over 100 photos of My son.

She didn't take the photos she took some of them of my Facebook and then ones we've sent her privately.

It's not that I mind her putting pictures of him up it's the sheer volume and I only put pictures on fb of him that I want on there.
Shes got ones of me with milk stained top and it's not one that I've put up.

I don't know who's on her fb but mines my friends and family and that's all I want looking at my kids pictures.

Im thinking of telling my husband to talk to her about it or should I just leave it?

I don’t think you’d be unreasonable to ask this. Her posting sounds over the top - I’d be annoyed about the ‘milk stained’ one of me before we even get to the issue of 100 baby pics!
If you or your partner explain your feelings to her in the (reasonable) way you have here, how is she likely to react do you think?

Sorry, you didn’t say they were ‘baby pics’!

I don't think she would take it very well as she has some mental health issues but is always milking it when she doesn't get her way and using it to her advantage, suddenly it's all better when it's something she wants to do!

He's only 10 months!

Personally I always ask before I post a photo of anyone’s child, and people always ask me before they post one if mine. I just think it’s polite, so I don’t personally think you are being unreasonable. She almost definitely will though!
