Got a right collection of yellow sticker goodies on my shop today & I'm contemplating using the short crust pastry & lambs liver for a pie. We all like liver & we all like pie.... but everyone has pulled a face when I suggested it. Is it so U putting braised liver in a pie? I really fancy it.
